I just went into the store to pick up a TV to surprise my husband, I was working with Sophia who is very patient even though my two boys were unmanageable and yelling in the store. Only had a limited amount of time to get things done and she was able to help me and understand all my needs within the first few minutes. I would definitely come back to work with Sophia. PC Richards is very lucky to have an employee is understanding in customer service friendly as her. Then my husband really likes The TV so I can’t complain at ail.
Went into PC Richard looking for a new Mac Book for my photography studio. The salesman Jeremy came up to me and asked if i was being taken care of. I told him what i was looking for and we shared a laugh because both of our names are Jeremy. He showed me the new mac book pro and i was amazed at the knowledge he knew. Almost seemed like he worked directly for apple. He showed me the in and outs of the laptop and also showed me some programs his friends used for his photo editing and i was sold. Great product, great salesman, amazing knowledge, and a great store to shop in. If you're ever in the market for a mac or laptop or anything in general because Jeremy does sell everything. I recommend to go visit Jeremy in Milford and have him get you together. Thank you Jeremy
We had a horrible experience at Best Buy. Staff at the Trumbull CT location are horrible.
I just bought my 3rd appliance from this store within 4 years. They have a good selection, excellent prices and the sales associates are very good at what they do. This time I worked with Steven he was well informed, patient and very nice. Their delivery is usually within 1-2 days, which I love. Sears told me it would be at least 7 days for delivery and the price was higher. I always get their warranty and when I needed to use it, I called the store and they made the appt and handled everything, my problem was fixed and I didn't pay a thing. I'm a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend them.
I recently had trouble with my refrigerator it wasn't staying cold like it should. So I called p.c. Richards to get more info. The sales associate Gabriella answered the phone she was so polite and helpful. I told her my needs and price range and she gave me several options. I scheduled an appointment to meet with her and when I got to the store it was a even better experience. I also work In retail so I know how customer service should be. Gabriella was exceptional she made this process simply and easy especially since I was already frustrated with not having a refrigerator she set up delivery immediately. I will definitely be shopping there for other household needs in the future.
