I've been going to Cloud 9 since 2008 and have always had great luck with the service! The staff are very hospitable and very welcoming. I always leave Cloud 9 with a happy smile and feeling so refreshed! It is the BEST place to go for a very relaxing and a great massage experience! I would give it a 10 star rating if I could but is certainly 5 STARS!!!!! Thank you Cloud 9 for a very enjoyable experience!
I had a groupon for this massage that was $45, there were multiple hidden fees that i didnt know about until i got there. I tried cancelling my appt and they told me that there would be a $50 cancellation fee, which of course i didnt know about until i tried to cancel. They need to do a better job of clearly explaining the prices. I basically paid $70 to get lotion rubbed on me. the massage was mediocre at best.
Had a wonderful relaxing experience, Tony messaged all the aches away and had a little extra time left so he went over where I had the most muscle aches. I also had my first facial and it was fantastic. Planning on taking my daughter there for her birthday and also for myself
Very cute little place very clean people are very friendly the people who work there are skilled and know what they're doing very relaxing atmosphere
They charge separate from Groupon for tax
If you want any pressure in a massage you have to pay extra so it was basically just being rubbed the whole time without a massage. I don’t feel any better then when I walked in.
