Don't come right when they open expecting the door to be unlocked and staff to be here. I waited outside until 9:15 a.m. on a Thursday for someone to show up and then another 10 until I got into the chair. Cuts are okay. I was in a rush so this kind of sucked.
I’ve been to this location a few times, but the past three times in a row, I’ve had my wait time extended. I specially ask for a particular person, and I wait patiently like everyone else (last time was 20 mins). Next thing I know, I find out that someone else was taken ahead of me by the person I asked for, and my wait time turned to 40 mins. Unreasonable

The staff can only gossip. They have time to talk when the customer waits. They are not able to do professionally hair cut. The hairdresser cuts her finger with scissors and did not take the bandage. never again !!!
Super quick and efficient. Ladies were all incredibly friendly. Haircut came out perfect and first time MVP treatment was absolutely amazing. Prices seemed very reasonable for what you get too!
