It's a great place if you want your hard earned money squandered away. The sales people are attentive but the owner is your typical incoherent car salesman. Make your customer feel welcomed and informed, sir!
The car is great. But it took six months for them to properly register the vehicle after I was pulled over for driving a non registered car. Now its been over a year and I discover they still have not released the proper documents so that DMV can release the title. The only response I can get from them via email, chat, or phone are invitations to purchase a new car- they clearly do not have any interest beyond the sale. I will never go back.
Avoid at all cost.
First time I walked in and asked about a Mach 1 that they had no information about besides the year make and model. At first glance my spouse noticed a huge hole in the windshield. You could fit your fingers in between the window frame and windshield. No wonder it was inside. Panel gaps are inconsistent, trunk is misaligned but at least the motor was shiny. Also a Porsche 993 that had more swirl marks on the paint than the current meteorological map. Wanted top dollar for it and the convertible top looked very worn, but Napoli wanted top dollar?
Kevin was great - he made buying a car a better experience than expected. Thanks!
Tons of shiny turds on the lot. The classic cars are uncared for mechanically with a decent paint job. Tons of defects that are visible by any eye.
Second visit months later consisted of another muscle car, way below market due to many issues. Suspension, steering, leaking trunk, missing window seals, inoperable temp gauge, improper badging, lack of documentation, no information and Mr Napolis inability to answer any questions accurately. It is difficult for him to have consistent and competent responses to the most elementary of queries.
Unprofessional and rude owner. I have walked in here two separate times including my family members having the same horrible experiences with the owner.
Great Service and Very fair prices. Lenny did an amazing job and made the process so easy!
The car was as advertised and available for a fair price. John Z did a great job of shepherding me through the purchase process and making the car available for me to drive home the same day.
